About This Calculator
Crypto Mining ROI Calculator
The Crypto Mining ROI Calculator helps you estimate the profitability of cryptocurrency mining operations. Enter your mining equipment specifications, power costs, and hardware expenses to determine daily, monthly, and yearly profit potential, as well as your break-even point.
This tool accounts for hashrate, electricity consumption, pool fees, and initial hardware costs to provide accurate profitability projections for Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other mineable cryptocurrencies.
Formula & Calculation Method
Mining ROI Calculations:
Your Share = Hash Rate / Network Hash Rate
Coins Per Day = (Block Reward × Seconds Per Day / Block Time) × Your Share
Daily Revenue = Coins Per Day × Crypto Price
Daily Power Cost = (Power Consumption / 1000) × 24 × Cost per kWh
Daily Pool Fee = Daily Revenue × Pool Fee %
Daily Profit = Daily Revenue - Daily Power Cost - Daily Pool Fee
Break-even Days = Hardware Cost / Daily Profit
The calculation uses your hash rate share of the network to determine mining rewards. Monthly and yearly profits are extrapolated from daily figures. Break-even analysis shows how long it takes to recover hardware costs.
How to Use This Calculator

Frequently Asked Questions
How accurate are mining profitability estimates?
The calculator uses simplified network data for demonstration. Actual profitability depends on network difficulty changes, price volatility, pool efficiency, and real-time network conditions.
What factors affect mining profitability?
Key factors include hash rate, electricity costs, cryptocurrency price, network difficulty, pool fees, hardware efficiency, and maintenance costs.
Is mining still profitable?
Mining profitability varies by cryptocurrency, equipment efficiency, and electricity costs. Always research current market conditions and network difficulty before investing in mining hardware.
What is the break-even point?
The break-even point is the number of days it takes for your daily profit to equal your initial hardware investment. After this point, you start making net profit.
